These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Pars Towing’s services, including our website, mobile applications, and towing or roadside assistance services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Towing and Roadside Services
Pars Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services to customers for a variety of needs. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Reservations and Payment
You may request our Services through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer support. When making a service request, you must provide accurate information, including your location, vehicle details, and service requirements.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and cash. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your service request up to 1 hour before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 1 hour prior may be subject to a cancellation fee. If the service provider arrives and the vehicle is no longer accessible or the request is canceled on-site, full service fees may still apply.

Liability and Damages
Pars Towing is not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during the delivery of towing or roadside assistance services unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your use of our Services.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pars Towing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By using our Services, you agree to waive your right to a trial by jury.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
